Competitions

At Edupic we know the importance of inspiring and recognising the developing skills and passions for photography in the younger generation. The desire to be a photographer generally starts at an early age and is combined with other creative endeavours.

A partner in Education
Edupic Photographers are professional school photographers. Additionally, our photographers have many years experience in landscape, contemporary portraiture, events and nature photography.
Your students will be able to gain access to valuable information on how to become better photographers by downloading Edupic Photography Tutorials which may assist them in capturing a better image to enter into our competitions.

Local and National Competitions
In 2006 Edupic will be inviting students from both primary and secondary schools to participate in our photography competitions.
A new theme will be set for each competition, and State Wide and National winners will be awarded prizes after a panel of Edupic Judges pick the best photograph per category.

Prizes
Prizes will vary between photographic equipment including
• digital cameras or accessories
• subscriptions to photography journals and
• photography magazines.
The school of the winning students too will be eligible for prizes relevant to assist other students in developing their photography skills.

How to Enter
It is easy to enter Edupic competitions! Firstly the school must register on edupic.com.au and before the due date each student wishing to enter must Register themselves online and start uploading images that they wish to enter into the competition. Students may change their entry images anytime during the competition and may have up to 5 images entered at any one time.
